Spinach & Turkey Pepperoni Stromboli  (pictured above)

 

Ingredients

1 Wholly Wholesome Gluten Free Pizza Dough Ball

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 pound all-natural turkey pepperoni/salami

2-3 cups fresh spinach

1/2 pound organic reduced fat provolone cheese, thinly sliced

1/2 cup organic low sodium pizza sauce

 

1. Defrost pizza dough completely and preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil onto clean wooden cutting board or surface to prevent dough from sticking.

3. Roll out dough on oiled surface until 1/2-inch thick.

4. Spread pizza sauce onto rolled out pizza dough.

5. Layer the provolone cheese, spinach, and deli meat on top of the sauce.

6. Starting at one of the smaller ends of the dough, gently start rolling the dough until the entire dough is rolled.

7. Place dough onto an oiled baking sheet, seam side down.

8. Brush the remainder of the extra virgin olive oil onto the top of the Stromboli so the crust browns.

9. Place dough into the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is fully cooked through.

 

wholly wholesome pizzaSmoked Salmon Pizza

 

Ingredients

1 Wholly Wholesome Gluten Free Pizza Dough Ball

1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 shallots, diced

1/2 cup light sour cream

4 ounces cracked pepper smoked salmon

2 tablespoons capers

2 tablespoons scallions, chopped

 

1. Defrost pizza dough completely and preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Spread an even layer of extra virgin olive oil onto a clean wooden cutting board or other surface to prevent the dough from sticking.

3. Place dough onto oiled surface, and roll out dough with a rolling pin until 1/2 inch thick.

4. Using a circle cookie cutter or rim of a bowl, cut out 3- to 4-inch circles in diameter. Place circles on a non-stick cookie sheet.

5. Spread 1 tablespoon of light sour cream onto the diameter of each mini pizza. Generously sprinkle finely chopped shallots onto the sour cream layer.

6. With a fork, flake the smoked salmon, and evenly distribute the fish among the mini pizzas, layering the salmon over the shallots.

7. Finally, sprinkle the capers and chopped scallions over the tops of each mini pizza.

8. Place pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked through.
