CL: Bonefish Grill was founded by Tim Curci and Chris Parker in 2000 in St. Petersburg Florida. Bonefish Grill was designed to bring bar-fresh cocktails, fresh, quality seafood, and wood-grilled specialties to guests.
CL: The gluten-free menu was introduced in 2010. Bonefish began offering gluten-free menu options to allow those with Celiac Disease to enjoy Bonefish Grill’s fresh flavors and to enjoy the full dining experience.
WW: There are so many delicious choices on the gluten-free menu…even the desserts!
CL: Our chefs can customize just about any dish for our guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences. The Flourless Macadamia Nut Brownie is a popular option!

CL: We are offering Pumpkin Crème Brulee on the Specials Menu… it is naturally gluten-free!

CL: We are open for lunch Monday through Saturday starting at 11am, brunch on Sundays at 10am, and dinner nightly.
