But for those gatherings, both large and small, that would be best suited at a local restaurant, it’s important to know which venues cater to those in need of gluten-free options. WW: First off, how did the Bonefish Grill develop into the great restaurant it is today?

CL: Bonefish Grill was founded by Tim Curci and Chris Parker in 2000 in St. Petersburg Florida.  Bonefish Grill was designed to bring bar-fresh cocktails, fresh, quality seafood,  and wood-grilled specialties to  guests.

 

WW: That’s wonderful that Bonefish Grill offers a gluten-free menu! When was it introduced and what went into the decision to offer the specialty items?bonefish mussels copy

CL: The gluten-free menu was introduced in 2010. Bonefish began offering gluten-free menu options to allow those with Celiac Disease to enjoy Bonefish Grill’s fresh flavors and to enjoy the full dining experience.

 

WW: There are so many delicious choices on the gluten-free menu…even the desserts!

CL: Our chefs can customize just about any dish for our guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences.  The Flourless Macadamia Nut Brownie is a popular option!

 

WW: Anything special coming up for the holidays on the gluten-free menu that customers should check out?

CL: We are offering Pumpkin Crème Brulee on the Specials Menu… it is naturally gluten-free!

 

WW: What options are available for holiday parties and everyday dining?
