Having a BIG screen to watch the BIG game isn’t the only important factor to making a Super Bowl party even more…well, SUPER! It comes down to the menu and thanks to Kraft Foods, we’ve put together some awesome recipes that will please the biggest of crowds! So get set to impress a room full of football fans with these dishes that will score a touchdown each and every time!


Spicy Sesame Buffalo Chicken Wings

Sure to be your new game-night staple!

Makes 6 servings

what you need

1/4 cup  sesame oil

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

2 teaspoons ground ginger

2 lb.  chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed

3/4 cup  BULL’S-EYE Raging Buffalo Barbecue Sauce

1 green onion, sliced


make it

1. Combine first 4 ingredients; pour over chicken in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate, turning after 15 minutes.

2. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush lightly with some of the barbecue sauce. Continue grilling 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning and brushing frequently with remaining barbecue sauce.

3. Place chicken on serving platter; top with onions.


Sprinkle with 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds just before serving.


Pulled Pork Halftime Chili

The perfect chili for halftime fun!

Makes 8 1-cup servings

what you need

2 cans  (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cans  (16 ounces each) chili beans

1 cup  frozen corn

1 large  onion, chopped

2 tablespoons chili powder

1package (11.5 ounce) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked Seasoned Pulled Pork


make it

1. Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan.

2. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.


Top each serving with 1 tablespoon KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and/or 1 Tablespoon BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream.



Easy BBQ Chicken Enchiladas

A great dish to please a large crowd!

what you need

1can (15 ounce) no-salt-added tomato sauce

1cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

1 tablespoon chili powder

3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts

1can (15 ounce) no-salt-added pinto beans, rinsed

1  1/2 cups  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

2 green onions, sliced

12 corn tortillas (6-inch)

1cup  shredded lettuce

1/4 cup  fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tomato, chopped


make it

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and chili powder in medium bowl until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce for later use. Add chicken, beans, 1 cup cheese and onions to remaining sauce; mix lightly.

3. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

4.Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with remaining ingredients.


Jalapeno-Stuffed Cheeseburgers with Guacamole Topping

Fire up the grill for these big-game burgers!

Makes 8 servings

what you need

5 pickled jalapeño peppers, divided

1 large fully ripe avocado, mashed

1/2 cup finely chopped onions, divided

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

3 cloves  garlic, minced, divided

2 lb. lean ground beef

8 KRAFT Singles

8 hamburger buns (gluten-free)


make it

1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Chop 1 pepper; mix with avocados, 2 tablespoons onions, cilantro, mayo, and 1/3 of the garlic. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3. Cut each of the remaining peppers into 6 slices. Mix meat, remaining onions, and garlic; shape into 16 (3-inch) patties. Place 3 pepper slices on center of each of 8 patties; cover with second patty. Press edges together to seal.

4. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until done (160ºF), topping burgers with Singles and toasting buns, cut-sides down, on the grill for the last minute.

5. Fill buns with burgers and guacamole.


Guacamole can be prepared ahead of time. To prevent it from turning brown, add about 1 teaspoon lime juice to guacamole. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
